Mount Gay Black Barrel is crafted from a blend of intense and aromatic rums, distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills, matured between 3 to 7 years in American whiskey casks, and finished for 6 months in deeply charred Bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes: Lots of woody and buttery notes complemented with dried fruit and spices. Notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee.
Serving suggestions: Perfect for classic, spirit-forward cocktails such as the Old Fashioned.
Production: Rums matured separately for 3 to 7 years in American Whiskey casks. Final blend finished for 6 months in deeply charred Bourbon casks.
